Orders placed before 2 PM will be delivered in 2 days. Please note that we deliver from Wednesday to Friday. Delivery is NOT available on Saturdays and Sundays.

If you are not home during the delivery window, our delivery driver will follow the instructions you provided to DPD. If no instructions were given, the driver will leave the package in a safe location if not specified as we cannot redeliver a perishable item, and notify you.

To request a refund, please email us at customerservice@berrymakers.co.uk. Include a photo of the product you wish to return and a brief description of why you are requesting the refund. Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.   • A description of the issue or reason for the refund request

Once we receive your email, we will review your request as soon as possible. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

To ensure our berries stay as fresh as possible, we are unable to host visitors to our site. However, we do host a free open day on our farm in Guildford on Sunday 9th June.

Berrymakers deliver on the UK mainland only

Our carboard punnets are fully recyclable. However, please dispose of the film separately as this is not recyclable. Our jam and honey jars made of glass are also recyclable.

Yes, you can definitely subscribe to Berrymakers! Simply choose our subscription option on one of the product pages to receive the freshest berries delivered right to your door.

We will refund or send out the same item at the earliest convenience at no additional cost.
